nj regulated apps, which one feels least clunky to you

Post by mama_of_three_jersey »

Ok so I'm in Jersey and I've got three regulated apps installed and honestly the gameplay is fine on all of them, that's not my issue.

My issue is everything around the games. One of them logs me out constantly and makes me re-verify location every single time I open it, which, I've got three kids, I do not have the patience. Another one the cashout flow is buried like four taps deep and the app freezes when I rotate my phone.

The third is honestly the smoothest but the slot selection feels thin compared to the other two.

So it's kind of a trade, smooth app vs more games. Weekend slots player, nothing serious, maybe $40 a session.

Which one feels least clunky to you all and did you just learn to live with the annoying one for the better library? Curious if I'm the only one rage-quitting over the location check.

You're not crazy, the location re-check thing is real and it's worse on certain phones. It's the geo-comply plugin and some apps handle it gracefully and some just boot you. Not a money risk, just genuinely annoying.

The smooth one with the thinner library, that's the one I'd keep as my daily and just open the bigger-library one when you specifically want a game it's got. No rule says you pick one.

My cashouts have been fastest on the smooth one too for what it's worth.

Library size is a bit of a trap honestly. One of those apps brags about 1,500 games and like 1,200 of them are reskins of the same six. Count the studios, not the titles.

The clunky one you mentioned with the buried cashout, I bailed on that exact flow too. If it takes me four taps to find the withdraw button I assume that's on purpose.

Live with the annoying one? No. Vote with your feet.

These are all properly regulated in NJ so your money is equally safe across the three, which means the only thing left to compete on is exactly the stuff frustrating you. The smooth one wins by default.

Also since you mentioned sessions, the smooth app probably has the cleaner deposit limit settings too. Worth a look while you're in there.
