Question for the group because I want real numbers, not the "usually 24 to 48 hours" line every site gives.
First withdrawal on a new regulated app last week. I uploaded ID, a selfie, and a utility bill. It sat in "under review" for about 31 hours then cleared, then the ACH took its own 3 days on top. So roughly 4.5 days door to door for a first cashout.
Is that normal in your experience? I keep seeing people rage that a site is a scam when really it's just KYC on a first payout being slow, which is actually a sign they're legit and following the rules.
What were your real first-withdrawal verification times? Regulated or offshore, say which.
How long does id verification really take on a first cashout

Good thread, pinning this kind of info in my head for the FAQ.
Quick reframe for newer folks. KYC slowness on a FIRST cashout is normal and honestly a green flag, it means there's a real compliance process. The red flag is a site that takes your deposit instantly with zero verification, then suddenly demands six documents only when you try to leave with winnings.
Mine on regulated apps has been same-day to about a day for verification. Offshore was 3 days and felt like pulling teeth.

Mine in Jersey took like an afternoon honestly. Uploaded my license and it pinged me approved before dinner. Maybe I got lucky or maybe the regulated ones here just have it dialed in.
The bill one always gets me though, half my stuff is paperless so I had to dig up a PDF. Tip, have a recent statement saved before you ever request, saves the back and forth.

31 hours is totally normal, don't sweat it. My log says first-withdrawal KYC averages around a day to a day and a half on the regulated side.
Where it goes sideways is if your name on the casino account doesn't exactly match your bank or your ID. Middle name, maiden name, a typo at signup. That's what turns a 1 day review into a 2 week nightmare. Match everything exactly when you sign up.
