Posting a clean data point since we get a lot of "does crypto really pay fast" questions.
Requested a withdrawal Tuesday around 8pm. Site approved it in about 22 minutes, then the on-chain send confirmed and hit my wallet roughly 35 minutes after that. So call it under an hour total, request to spendable, which is genuinely fast.
Fee was a couple dollars in network cost, the site itself didn't tack on a withdrawal fee. On a 300 dollar cashout that's nothing, though I'll say on a 40 dollar pull that same fee would sting proportionally.
One honest caveat, this was on a site I've verified before so KYC was already done. Your first one will be slower because of that. And if you're using an offshore operator for crypto, remember there's no regulator to call if it stalls, so don't park money you can't afford to chase.

Matches my experience almost exactly. Approval is the variable, the chain is the easy part.
One thing I'd add on fees, watch the network you're sending on. Some sites only offer a chain with higher gas and that's where the fee creeps up. If they give you a cheaper network option, use it for small cashouts. Saved me real money over a year of doing this.

Logging this. My crypto cashouts average 41 minutes request-to-wallet across the year, so your under-an-hour tracks.
The approval window is the only thing that ever blows it up. Daytime requests clear faster for me than 2am ones, I assume because someone's actually awake to approve. Anyone else notice a time-of-day pattern or is that just me.

Fast is great but I'll be the wet blanket. "Under an hour" is only impressive if the site reliably pays everyone, not just the small clean withdrawals.
The test that matters is a large cashout, or one right after a big win, on a first-time unverified account. That's when the rogue offshore ones suddenly find a "security review." Glad yours paid, just don't let speed alone convince you a place is legit. Check the license and the payout history too.
