Good list and Ignition would top mine too. I cashed out twice last month, once on Bitcoin and once by check, the crypto hit in under an hour and the check took about ten days which is normal for that method.

Fine list. The thing I always do is a small test cashout before depositing anything real, like the OP said. Cheap insurance.
